  7. Find a hobby outside of professional work. Never forget to do the things you truly enjoy. This can take the negative feeling off of you and create a sense of happiness and fulfillment within.
  8. Get some sun. Vitamin D deficiency can sometimes disguise itself as depression. Be sure to get at least 15 minutes of sun a day.
