BetterSleep 20.0 will continue to provide the same great sounds, music, meditations, and bedtime stories that users know and love, with new features added to the sleep toolkit. BetterSleep now includes sleep tracking, licensed hypnotherapists, chronotype analysis, and a collaboration with world-renown sleep specialist and Oxford University professor, Dr. Russell Foster.

Why is Relax Melodies changing its name to BetterSleep?

While Relax Melodies was an apt name for an app focused on soothing sounds and music, our product has evolved into a comprehensive toolkit for improved rest. Our updated branding will better reflect our focus on sleep and help people find us easily.

To mark the name change, we’re integrating a brand new logo, typography and color scheme. The goal is to make the app feel fresh and craft an experience optimized for great rest. However, the overall relaxing ambiance of the app interface will remain the same.

What does the new logo mean?

Our team spent months designing a logo that best represents our new identity as BetterSleep, while preserving Relax Melodies’ heritage. We aimed for a visual design that is distinct, with simple forms and clear lines. The four main elements of the logo – the plant, moon, sky and stars – represent our focus on nature and its soothing qualities. The full moon references the Relax Melodies logo and our history. Our team hopes you love the redesign just as much as we do!
