❗Important: If you already have a BetterSleep account, make sure you follow the steps carefully to properly link your Wellhub membership.
Option 1: Activate Through a Computer or Laptop (Recommended)
Log in to your Wellhub account.
Browse available products and search for BetterSleep.
Click Activate and follow the instructions to activate your Premium access.
When prompted, either:
Create a new BetterSleep account, or
Log in with your existing BetterSleep account to link it to your Wellhub Premium access.
Option 2: Activate Through Your Phone
Please note that activation may not work correctly if the BetterSleep app is already installed on your phone. Follow these steps:
Delete the BetterSleep app from your device.
Open your Wellhub app and tap Activate for BetterSleep.
This will open the activation page in your phone’s web browser.
On the activation page, either:
Create a new BetterSleep account, or
Log in with your existing BetterSleep account (select the login option at the bottom of the page).
Once activation is complete, reinstall the BetterSleep app.
Log in using the same email address linked during activation.
Your Premium access should now be active.
