Ipnos Software, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “BetterSleep”) offers you the opportunity to participate in BetterSleep’s referral program (“BetterSleep Referral Program” or “Program”) and earn rewards by referring friends and family to purchase a BetterSleep subscription.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then you cannot participate in the Program. These Terms are in addition to BetterSleep’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility
To be eligible to be a referrer (“Referrer”), you must (a) be a U.S. resident; (b) be 18 years of age or older as of September 15, 2025 (or the age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is older); (c) be an existing BetterSleep user with an active, paid BetterSleep subscription from prior to September 15, 2025; and (d) be legally able to participate in the Program.
This Program is void in states and territories where prohibited by law, including Virgina. Residents of such states or territories are not eligible to participate in the Program.
Program and Rewards
To participate in the Program, share the unique referral code you receive in your BetterSleep application with your friends and family. Referrers may only redeem rewards for up to 20 Referred Users ($500 USD in rewards) per calendar year. Only one Referrer can be associated with a Referred Customer, and BetterSleep will only credit the first Referrer. You may not send referral emails to anyone under 18 years old.
When a Referred User completes a Qualifying Action using your unique referral code, you may receive a reward ($25 USD Amazon Gift Card, redemption subject to Amazon’s Gift Card Terms and Conditions). Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Referrer is responsible for all taxes associated with rewards or resulting from your participation in this Program. A Qualifying Action is defined as a paid purchase of a three (3) month BetterSleep subscription. Purchases must be made through your unique referral code to be properly credited to your account. Rewards will generally be awarded within sixty (60) days of a Qualifying Action by a Referred Customer, provided that the Referred Customer does not initiate a refund or chargeback on the Qualifying Action. BetterSleep may withhold or invalidate any rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms in its sole discretion.
Referred Customers will be eligible for a 25% discount and one (1) week free trial on their first purchase of a three (3) month BetterSleep subscription. The discount and free trial are limited to the initial purchase and shall not apply to any subsequent purchases or renewals.
This Program expires on September 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Program Termination Date”). Qualifying Actions must be completed before the Project Termination Date in order to be eligible for rewards. Any purchases by Referred Users after the Program Termination Date are not eligible for rewards. For avoidance of doubt, a Referred User’s free trial must commence on or prior to September 23, 2025, with the subsequent three month subscription starting on or prior to September 30, 2025, in order to be considered a Qualifying Action eligible for reward.

You agree that you will disclose that you are a Referrer and will receive a benefit as part of your participation in the Program, and follow all other requirements in the FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Privacy
Participation in the Program may require the Referrer and/or Referred Users to submit personal information about themselves. Personal information will be collected, processed, used, and stored in accordance with BetterSleep’s Privacy Policy. In addition, personal information may be used by BetterSleep to contact Referrers regarding the Program and to receive communications from BetterSleep.
Termination and Changes
BetterSleep reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time by posting modifications on the BetterSleep platform. Modifications to these Terms are effective upon posting. By continuing to participate in the Program after the modifications become effective, you agree to be bound by such modifications to the Terms. BetterSleep reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer at any time from participation in the Program if they violate any of these Terms. BetterSleep also reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time.
