About Sleep Issues

Many people struggle with sleep issues. These can take many forms, making good sleep elusive. Many people suffer from one or more of the following common sleep disorders:

  • Insomnia – difficulty falling asleep, remaining asleep, or both

  • Hypnosis to fall asleep faster. Hypnosis is a trance-like state that leaves the mind relaxed and open to suggestion. It’s proven to help people sleep better.
